Other than designing I like to...
Growing up, I was the “Tech kid” and also the “Smart kid”.
As a “Tech kid”, I pursued engineering in the thought that i would end up doing Automobile Engineering.(Fascination of playing with cars, Unscrewing them up and explore what’s inside)
I never thought of finding a career direction in art or design. Within three years into engineering, I figured, I wanted to pursue a career in design.
When I was introduced to UX, I had found my calling. It was perfect mixture of Design + curiosity + Problem-Solving.
UX design tickles both my “Tech kid” and “Smart kid” brain!
One of my personal goals is to empower students to excel in their career by providing guidance and resources. Together with REACH Program at SAP we conduct Design eye Opener sessions which help others in knowing more about the field of Design.
As an introvert, I love spending time with myself. Travelling solo is the perfect balance of being my introverted self yet pushing myself out of my comfort zone. In the past year, I have been around India to the mountains and beaches equally as much. Highlights were the unreal terrain of Ladakh, river rafting in Rishikesh and the quaint village of Tosh in Himachal.
Getting from my your regular day to day job and just observing the outside world gives me a different perspective and also a break from pixels.
